60's Hair
How to get that 60's hair style(s):
Once you've mastered these, you can try out the classic flip. The key trick in this is hairspray, hairspray, hairspray! First, of course you have to make up some volume. Tease the back top of your hair. Then curl the bottom for the "flip". I find it most practical to use a curling iron(the kind with the "spoon").

Simple 60's Make up Basics
The 60's were a time where people were coming out of the bright red lipstick age and into the era of eyes. In the 60's most of the face was kept in a neutral tone and the eyes were made up so that they would pop out and be the first thing you focused on. In order to achieve this look you must follow these very simple steps:
1. start off by applying the basics: foundation, concealer, blush, a natural lip stick, etc. Make sure that everything looks very even and nothing is too noticeable(no bright blush, no intense lip stick).
2. Apply a brownish eye shadow. It is best to apply a cream to the lid, beige to the edge and line, and then a dark brown to the crease. It should look something like this(you can darken or change up the color depending on the occasion, I prefer a darker blue pallet):
3. Add some dark black mascara, false eyelashes, and a dark eyeliner and there you go!
For some really popping eyes define your bottom lashes with an eyeliner pencil.
